These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member", "User", or "Player") and ria88 (hereinafter referred to as "ria88", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://ria88.cam (the "Website").

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or making use of any service offered through the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ria88's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account with ria88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or family member of an ria88 employee in a position that could present a conflict of interest with fair gaming.
• You have not previously had an Account with ria88 that was closed, suspended, or restricted due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered with any self-exclusion programme, including the national responsible gambling register, that would prohibit access to gambling services.

To access the full range of ria88 Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to keep this information current and accurate at all times.

ria88 is required by its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing any withdrawal request, and may at its discretion request verification at any point during the account lifecycle. Verification documents typically required include:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Malaysian MyKad (front and back), Passport (photo page), or Driver's Licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill (TNB, Syabas, Telekom Malaysia), bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the previous three (3) months and showing your registered address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document with both your face and document details clearly visible.

ria88 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving a complete set of documents. Accounts with pending KYC verification may continue to deposit and play but withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of the verification process.

ria88 reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse account registration, delay verification, or request additional documentation where it deems necessary for the purposes of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, fraud prevention, or regulatory obligation.

By using the ria88 Platform, you agree to access and use all Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves financial risk and that past outcomes do not predict future results.

You are permitted to use the Platform to:

• Access and participate in all lawfully available casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, sports betting markets, and lottery draws;
• Deposit and withdraw funds from your Account using approved payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and USDT TRC20;

• Use responsible gambling tools including deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ria88 will never request your password through any channel. You must notify ria88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. ria88 shall not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

You warrant that all information provided to ria88 during registration, KYC, payment processing, and any other interaction is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal referral.

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including those made from accounts owned by another individual — are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts apply and vary by payment method, with a general minimum of RM50 for most methods and RM100 for cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20). ria88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawing Member must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of ria88's compliance team;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method owned and registered in the Member's own name — the same method used for deposit where technically possible;
• Any active Bonus Funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before the associated balance is eligible for withdrawal;
• ria88 targets a processing time of 5 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and 5–10 minutes for FPX bank transfers under normal operating conditions. Cryptocurrency withdrawals via USDT TRC20 are subject to blockchain confirmation times of approximately 15–30 minutes.

ria88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests and may temporarily hold funds pending the outcome of any AML or fraud investigation.

ria88 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific promotion-level terms communicated at the time of offer:

• Bonuses are available to Members aged 21 and above who have fully registered and verified their Accounts;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Member, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period (typically 14 to 30 days depending on the bonus). Bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not satisfied within the validity window;

• ria88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Any such change will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a Member at the time of the change.

All betting and gaming activity on the ria88 Platform is subject to the following general rules. Specific rules applicable to individual games (e.g., slot return-to-player percentages, live casino table limits, sports betting market rules) are published within the relevant game or market interface.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. Members should review their selections carefully before confirming any wager;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and market and are displayed within each game interface;
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or network interruption that affects the outcome or recording of a bet, ria88 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the Member's Account;
• ria88 reserves the right to void, suspend, or reverse a bet where there is reasonable evidence of a technical error in odds or paytable presentation, collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of irregular activity;
• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to event start. Accepted bets are recorded at the odds confirmed at the time of bet placement.

ria88 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable individuals. The Platform provides a suite of tools to help Members manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may set reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the Member's Account is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
• Reality Check Pop-ups: Periodic alerts during play sessions showing total time spent and net financial position during the session.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the ria88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under the age of 21 or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms;
• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made through your Account;
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner;
• Colluding with other Members, game providers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Laundering funds or using the Platform in connection with any criminal activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such issues must be reported to ria88 support immediately.

ria88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity;
• A request or order from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction;
• The Member's voluntary closure request submitted through official support channels.

Upon Account closure for a breach of these Terms, ria88 may at its discretion withhold any balance that arose from or was related to the prohibited conduct, pending investigation. Balances confirmed as legitimately earned from permitted real-money play (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method following the resolution of any investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ria88, its parent entities, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Losses resulting from technical failures, network outages, server downtime, or software malfunctions that are beyond ria88's reasonable control;
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers in respect of deposit or withdrawal transactions;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused.

ria88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content available on the ria88 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, sound files, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ria88 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ria88.

ria88 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ria88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Members via email or a prominent in-Platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ria88's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing authority.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, ria88 and the Member may agree at any time to refer a dispute to mediation as an alternative to formal arbitration. Members are encouraged to first raise any complaint through ria88's official customer support channels, where the majority of disputes are resolved promptly and amicably.
